Onboarding Process

Onboarding your new Market Partners is one of the most essential pieces to their new business!  They've chosen to partner with you, now you need to give them the support and tools they need to get off to a successful start!   Here is a simple onboarding checklist to walk  you through what to do when someone joins your team so that you never have to guess.  
 

Onboarding Checklist

__Welcome new Market Partner

__ Send them a personal voice memo or text message welcoming them and telling them how excited you are for them and to work with them!

__ Send them to this website and tell them to begin with the Getting Started tab and to write down any questions they have for you as they go through their own onboarding training on the getting started tab & in Market Partner Academy so that you can answer their questions on your one on one onboarding call you'll have with them. 
__ Schedule an Onboarding Call with them in the next 24-72 hours (this is a call with you and them via zoom, see the Onboarding Slides page for a slideshow that you'll use to onboard them on zoom!)  Require them to have their own onboarding training done (Getting Started tab on this site & Market Partner Academy courses listed in the getting started section) prior to your onboarding call.
__ Help them schedule & host their launch party (You can Zoom in if you are not local) 
__ Add them to the Dream Dealer Society facebook group, telegram chat & your team
groups and chats that they will benefit from. 
__ Check in with them daily to encourage them and see how they are doing or what questions they have
